Use the right ratio of chia seeds-milk, 2 Tbsp of chia seeds-1/2 cup of milk.
mix the Chia seeds with the milk, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then mix it again to avoid having any of the chia clump together. You can store the chia-milk pudding in airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
