Hello! I'm Natalia, a trained Cordon Bleu chef, Thermomix Consultant, and the creative mind behind the Natalia’s Kitchen blog. My passion for food started in Spain, where I grew up learning Mediterranean cooking from my mother. Her love for wholesome, homemade meals inspired me, and I’m lucky to have inherited some of her culinary skills!
At 18, I moved to London, where I immersed myself in the city's vibrant and diverse food scene. This journey fueled my passion for different cuisines, especially baking, and sparked my curiosity about how food can both delight and nourish.
In 2015, I discovered the Thermomix and realized how much it could simplify healthy home cooking. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to creating and adapting recipes to make the most of this powerful kitchen tool. My mission is to help others cook effortlessly while focusing on nutritious, delicious meals.
I am enthusiastic about sharing the benefits of effortlessly cooking from scratch, a concept I like to call 'SmartCooking.' I am genuinely excited to introduce this fantastic appliance to anyone seeking to have more fun in the kitchen and the advantages of preparing real, wholesome food for better health and well-being.
